It’s important to raise awareness of mental health and ensure all employees are supported within the workplace… and specifically at times like this, outside of the workplace.
Whilst on lockdown, we have been utilising social media, as well as WhatsApp and video communications, to keep connected on a personal level. It’s helped us to maintain the interaction we would normally experience when we are together; the support, the fun conversations between colleagues, the sharing of experiences and achievements.
