Paul began his career at Ayjay Group in 2014 as an Electrician, before progressing through the roles of Senior Project Engineer, Project Manager and most recently Director.

Paul works within high-end electrical and refrigeration installations, building great relationships with our customers, whilst ensuring compliant, controlled and complete installation delivery.

His refrigeration electrical experience is extensive, working on a variety of temperature controlled projects, across different industries from retail to pharmaceutical.
